Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

• Provide primary support for the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts from data collection, developing assumptions and documentation, and report preparation • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and presentations for senior management to aid in their strategic reviews • Assist in the development of new KPIs that are relevant to the organization • Analyze current and past trends in KPIs including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures; identify risks and recommend financial actions • Generate other internal management reports including but not limited to profitability reports, actual vs budget for each department, churn, and cash flow forecast • Assist with reporting and preparing presentations/packages to stakeholder • Aid in the preparation of data rooms, as required • Streamline and automate existing processes in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) functions to improve efficiency and meet tight deadlines • Review and challenge business activities, projected outcomes, and key metric assumptions • Manage any issues as they arise and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner • Assist and participate on special projects or other duties as necessary • Work closely with the financial reporting team to ensure consistency in accounting treatment and cohesiveness between forward and backward looking financial information

• Be the voice for the users of our software solutions by taking the initiative to thoroughly understand and effectively communicate their needs • Define and articulate the business case for product features and functionality, grounding decisions in user research, data, and measurable outcomes • Drive continuous product discovery through structured user research, prototyping, and hypothesis validation to ensure development investment is evidence-based • Build and prioritize the backlog of user stories, tasks, and defects, ensuring alignment with product strategy and team capacity • Own agile delivery practices within the team, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release coordination to maintain consistent velocity and quality • Define and track product success metrics, using performance data and user feedback to inform prioritization decisions and demonstrate business impact • Apply working knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements to product decisions, ensuring solutions meet applicable privacy and clinical standards • Leverage AI-assisted tooling and data-driven signals to improve requirements definition, backlog management, and product decision-making • Support pre-sales, implementation, and client-facing teams during product onboarding and escalated issue resolution • Contribute to strategic planning and product roadmaps, translating organizational goals into a coherent and prioritized product vision
Technical Support Specialist – 1 year contract

• Field incoming technical support requests from client via both telephone, email, self-service, web and resolve issues in a timely manner • Review documents, workflow and plans for support with customers/vendors • Update and maintain documents within a structured knowledge base • Coordinate monitoring and tracking of issues and resolutions in our centralized ITSM support tool • Conduct configuration changes in client platform instances • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in regards to interface and information exchanges • Provide status updates and reports on current state of issues • Manage and action all the IT alerts on time • Able to monitor and diagnose application and infrastructure programs • Perform timely technical and management escalations for outstanding issues and service requests • Able to work on IT related projects and roll-outs • Work shifts (24/7) and be available for rotating off-hours and on-call duties • Ensure the KPI targets are met on every month • Learn something new using PD days and apply the knowledge at work.
Associate, Strategic Partnerships

• Reporting to the EVP, Sales, support and manage ongoing service delivery for high-value clients • Act as an inside sales resource for the Healthcare Education & Media business line • Develop sales and account plans, drive efforts within assigned accounts, and focus on nurturing, identifying, and creating upsell and renewal opportunities, primarily within Oncology Education • Achieve individual and overall organization sales targets ensuring deliverability of programs and return on investment to meet customer objectives and expectations • Directly manage key accounts to drive retention, growth and cultivate lasting relationships and loyalty • Develop account inside sales plans and selling strategies to reach individual and company annual sales targets • Implement strategies to drive renewal business as well a new business with an existing customer base • Support Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships in building and maintaining client relationships within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors with a focus in Oncology • Report progress, success and return on investment to clients throughout account lifecycle • Execute the process for grant, proposal, and sponsorship agreement submissions, ensuring all administrative requirements are met • Provide regular reporting and tracking of personal sales pipeline, forecasts, CRM (customer relationship management) in relation to the organization’s sales targets and KPIs • Establish and maintain productive peer-to-peer relationships with cross functional team members • Work remotely with some travel required for team, client and company meetings within the Greater Toronto area.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring proper delivery approaches (Waterfall or Agile) are implemented • Identify and suggest ways to improve project workflows to enhance customer-centric implementation • Manage workload and resource tasks for assigned projects to ensure milestones are met • Provide regular status updates and project reports to internal stakeholders and client leads • Partner with Client Success to ensure customers realize value from products throughout the implementation lifecycle • Identify project risks and escalate blockers to leadership when necessary to ensure timely resolution • Assist in the development, execution, and close-out of contracts and project statements of work • Lead project-related meetings with internal teams and external client project teams
