• Own key parts of the Workflows product experience across activation, builder usability, execution reliability, and long-term engagement. • Identify high-impact opportunities across the workflow funnel, simplifying complex automation journeys. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship scalable improvements. • Drive initiatives that make it faster and easier for users to launch their first meaningful automation. • Lead efforts to make workflows a sticky product that users return to regularly.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience ideally in SaaS or automation platforms
- Proven track record of shipping complex, user-facing features in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience owning large-scale, customer-facing product platforms
- Experience working on workflow automation tools or CRM platforms is a plus
- Understanding of automation tools and workflow best practices to enhance user experience.
- Ability to deeply understand user problems, spot friction in product flows, and make thoughtful trade-offs between power and simplicity.
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret user behavior, identify pain points, and optimize workflow functionalities.
