Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience within a dealer, distributor, or independent contractor channel
- Experience with consumer durable goods and branded products required
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales goals through effective strategy development, disciplined execution, and strong follow-through
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to assess dealer operations, market dynamics, and profitability drivers and translate insights into actionable growth plans
- Experience supporting or operating within an SF&I retail model (e.g., Costco, Lowe’s, Home Depot), with a strong understanding of performance metrics and compliance expectations
- Strong communicator and influencer, able to translate corporate initiatives into compelling dealer-facing strategies while building trusted relationships across diverse personalities and functions
- Financially savvy with the ability to interpret and clearly communicate key financial metrics
- Strong customer focus, consistently ensuring internal and external stakeholder satisfaction
- Knowledge of or passion for water quality improvement and adjacent industries preferred.
