As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving growth by managing the full sales cycle - from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and ensuring smooth onboarding for new clients. Reporting to the Regional Director and VP of Sales, this is an exciting opportunity for a driven, relationship-focused professional ready to take their sales career to the next level. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals. Generate leads and set qualified appointments through strategic outreach. Deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase Stratus’s solutions. Prepare and present detailed, accurate proposals within 48 business hours of meetings. Maintain consistent, professional follow-up with prospects until decisions are reached. Collaborate with leadership to align strategies, track progress, and report achievements. Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and opportunities. Maintain organized CRM records of all prospects and clients. Partner with Franchise Business Consultants to ensure seamless onboarding of new accounts. Contribute insights and best practices to strengthen the overall sales process.
Job Requirements
- Proven sales experience with a record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, HubSpot, and LinkedIn
- Strong internet and tech navigation skills

Role Description This is a new business, outbound sales development role focused on Mid-Market and Enterprise segments. The primary objective of this role is to create qualified pipeline by booking high-quality meetings with marketing and growth leaders at best-fit brands.
