• Робота над продуктовим роадмапом; • Вести стратегію і запуск мобільного застосунку на tier-one ринках; • Проводити user research, інтерв'ю та usability-тести, щоб валідувати продуктові рішення; • Визначати і трекати ключові продуктові метрики — retention, activation, engagement, conversion; • Співпрацювати з дизайном, щоб створювати інтуїтивний, гейміфікований UX; • Щодня використовувати AI-інструменти, щоб прискорювати research, прототипування та execution; • Заглиблюватись у психологію особистості та психотипи, щоб точніше діджиталізувати людський досвід.
Job Requirements
- 4+ роки досвіду в продакт-менеджменті, рівень Senior
- Підтверджений досвід ведення мобільного застосунку (iOS/Android) на tier-one ринках
- Data-first підхід — сильні навички аналізу даних для побудови правильного user flow
- Досвід роботи з аналітичними інструментами: Amplitude, Mixpanel або Firebase
- Високий рівень AI-флюентності — ти використовуєш AI-інструменти, щоб писати, досліджувати, прототипувати і будувати, а не просто щоб чатитись
- Підтверджений трек-рекорд вимірюваних результатів на попередніх ролях.

• Own the end-to-end money movement platform, including external funding (IAV, ACATS, mobile check, rollovers) and internal transfers • Define and evolve the platform strategy for how money moves into and within Empower • Drive improvements in speed, success rates, cost, and reliability of all transfer methods • Partner with engineering to design scalable, reusable services and APIs for money movement • Work closely with operations and compliance to ensure regulatory alignment and operational excellence • Identify and resolve failure points across the transfer lifecycle (drop-offs, rejects, delays) • Translate complex financial workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences • Coordinate with external vendors and partners (aggregation, verification, custodians) • Build a measurement framework across funding funnels, including time-to-fund, completion rates, and error rates • Prioritize platform investments vs. experience improvements with clear tradeoffs • Lead cross-functional execution across product, design, engineering, legal, and operations
• Gather technical and business requirements from product leaders, engineering, and commercial stakeholders • Write clear, well-structured product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria that translate ambiguous business needs into actionable specifications. • Partner with product leaders to prioritize the backlog based on customer impact, technical dependencies, and commercial value. • Facilitate the transition of requirements into product development by working closely with engineering teams through grooming, sprint planning, and delivery. • Document edge cases, integration points, and provisioning workflows across products to reduce inconsistency and access-control fragmentation. • Support competitive and internal research on entitlement frameworks, packaging models to inform platform design. • Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to product and engineering stakeholders.
