Principal Product Manager, Mortgage Originations
Experian
• Define and execute product strategies that differentiate Experian's mortgage credit solutions and drive revenue growth. • Represent Experian in mortgage industry forums, working groups, and standards bodies (e.g., MISMO), contributing thought leadership and strengthening industry credibility. • Lead the planning and execution of complex product launches, including positioning, client readiness, sales enablement, onboarding, and adoption. • Partner with Sales on go‑to‑market strategies, joint selling efforts, and product training. • Engage senior leaders at Experian, as well as clients, resellers, and partners, to build confidence in product strategy and execution. • Apply market intelligence and P&L analysis to prioritize investments and support target account and market strategies. • Ensure products operate within appropriate regulatory and compliance guardrails across a diverse client base, including startups, credit unions, large financial institutions, GSEs, regulators, and resellers. • Lead Voice of the Customer engagements and drive product messaging and positioning. • Travel up to 15% to support client engagements, industry events, and internal meetings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 12+ years of product management experience delivering products across the full lifecycle
- 5+ years of deep experience in consumer credit within the mortgage industry, including products delivered through direct and reseller channels
- Executive presence with the ability to influence amid regulatory, market, and organizational complexity
- Experience operating effectively within large, matrixed organizations
- Define business strategy and mobilize cross‑functional teams toward shared outcomes
