WHAT YOU’LL DO Lead Campaign Execution Across Channels Manage flawless campaign execution across in-app and programmatic channels including display, video, and CTV—guiding both day-to-day and strategic elements. Support Creative Testing and Innovation Work closely with internal creative and analytics teams to develop and test new concepts, formats, and messaging frameworks tailored to performance goals. Own Client Relationships Operate as the main point of contact for small to mid-sized clients or as the programmatic channel lead within larger accounts. Present recommendations and performance updates with confidence and clarity. Analyze and Optimize Performance Use platform data, third-party tools, and internal insights to surface trends and craft data-backed strategies. Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations. Operate with Independence Manage your accounts and team with growing autonomy. Take ownership of strategy development, escalation handling, and cross-functional collaboration with limited oversight. WHAT YOU BRING - 4-year degree or equivalent experience - 2+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in programmatic and in-app execution (Google Ads, DSPs, MMP tracking) - Experience managing client relationships and leading discussions across stakeholders and levels - Ability to mentor junior team members and review deliverables with precision - Strong communication and presentation skills, with comfort adapting to a variety of audiences - Demonstrated analytical skills and a clear approach to problem-solving - Familiarity with media planning, platform best practices, attribution concepts, and campaign optimization - A collaborative, self-starter mindset with a passion for learning and improving - Location requirement: This is a hybrid role based in Seattle or Brooklyn (NYC), with ~2 days/week in-office.
