• Supervise and support a team of administrative managers (approximately 10 staff). • Organize and monitor the team's activities to achieve set objectives. • Lead, motivate and drive team dynamics. • Conduct positioning and performance review meetings with the managers in your department. • Carry out performance reviews, set individual objectives and identify needs for support and training. • Develop your team members' skills and ensure their progression. • Manage the service's activity using supervision tools and prepare reporting. • Keep up to date with developments in your area of activity. • Participate, as a subject-matter reference, in projects to optimize the organization of activities (processes, tools, information systems) or in cross-functional initiatives.
