• Manage and develop accounts within one of Skeelo's client portfolios, working with a strong farmer profile (focused on relationship building, retention, and account expansion) • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, ensuring a positive, long-lasting relationship and handling the resolution of requests or more complex issues • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, promoting new products and services • Develop retention strategies that help reduce churn and increase customer loyalty • Analyze portfolio data and prepare performance reports, generating insights to improve account management strategies • Conduct proactive client visits and participate in strategic industry events
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in the Telecom sector, with knowledge of the industry (essential requirement)
- Solid experience as an Account Manager with a strong focus on retention and client relationship management
- Knowledge of VAS (Value-Added Services)
- Intermediate experience with CRM tools (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills and autonomy to handle more complex account management situations
- Availability to travel and visit clients

Role Description As a ProActive Health (PAH) Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our Proactive Health business in North America (West Coast). This will include working directly with leading Nutritional Supplements & Business Partners as well as with various functions across Kerry. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and expand our clinically backed Functional Ingredients Solutions into the Supplements market. Compensation The pay range for this position is $88,100 - $163,700 in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and Location.
