Job Description: The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for facilitating the growth of the global business via project management of key strategic marketing programs and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and efficiency. Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as project manager on multiple simultaneous region-specific and multi-region marketing campaigns and initiatives Partner with internal and external resources to ensure the campaign meets visibility, quality, budget, results, and delivery expectations Enhance/improve Marketing processes and our project management platform’s backend (Wrike) Understand the business and company’s key objectives to contribute to project success by identifying where and when to push team members forward, prioritize, and execute Understand marketing team org and roles to ensure proper stakeholder involvement Manage resource allocation for assigned projects, prioritizing internal resources and providing recommendations on when and how to engage external partners Develop dashboards and similar tools for the team to tell the marketing program story, helping it learn from efforts while growing planning, prioritization, and execution capabilities, occasional presentations Align regional and global marketing development and activation calendars Occasionally work with outside agencies to address marketing project needs related to subject matter expertise, workload/bandwidth, time constraints, etc. in the most timely + cost-effective manner possible Qualifications:

• Support Project Managers with end-to-end delivery of software and automation projects for our clients. • Help drive the project lifecycle by coordinating schedules, tasks, resources, and communications. • Organize and facilitate project meetings: prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. • Track project progress, identify risks or delays, and escalate issues when needed. • Maintain project documentation including status reports, change requests, and risk logs. • Communicate project status to stakeholders in a timely and professional manner. • Act as a liaison between clients, internal delivery teams, and other stakeholders. • Ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. • Support client onboarding and help foster a positive client experience. • Help ensure adherence to BIG’s project delivery methodology and DSMO standards. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process and tool enhancements. • Support project closeout activities, including lessons learned and documentation handoff.
