What we are looking for: - A driven and mission-focused Prison Ministry Manager residing in the Phoenix, AZ area. - You will be responsible for equipping and mobilizing local churches to identify and meet the needs of prisoners and their families. - You will build relationships with church-based volunteers, pastors, corrections staff, and prison chaplains while coaching volunteer teams to meet ministry opportunities. Expectations of the role: - Develop partnerships with stakeholders including church-based volunteers, pastors, corrections staff, and prison chaplains. - Coach volunteer teams to meet ministry goals while promoting teamwork and personal spiritual development. - Implement and execute ministry programs around Prison Fellowship's Academy curriculum and key in-prison events. Qualifications - Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions. - 8+ years of sales/territory and relationship management experience. - 2+ years of experience recruiting and managing volunteers. - A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. - Strong demonstrated ability to develop personal networking relationships. - This is a remote position with a 60% travel component mostly within the region, subject to certain driving record and insurance requirements. - Candidate must reside in the Phoenix, AZ area to adequately cover the territory. Role Description A driven and mission focused Legislative Strategist to execute state level policy campaigns as directed by the Manager, State Government Affairs. You will build Prison Fellowship's influence among state policymakers and coalition partners while helping to recruit and engage grassroots and grasstops in assigned target states. Applicant must live in Oklahoma and be willing to drive to the Oklahoma City, OK area regularly.
