Prison Fellowship

• Equipping and mobilizing local churches to identify and meet the needs of prisoners and their families • Building relationships with church-based volunteers, pastors, corrections staff, and prison chaplains • Coaching volunteer teams to meet ministry goals while promoting teamwork and personal spiritual development • Implementing and executing ministry programs around Prison Fellowship's Academy curriculum and key in-prison events

• Develop, support, and implement regular communications with Field staff in day-to-day operations to ensure delivery of quality Prison Fellowship Field Operations programs and events. • Ensure that staff, volunteers, and other ministry constituents are fully engaged and supported with available resources. • Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions. • Provide operational and coordination support across day-to-day functions to ensure effective reentry program delivery and partner engagement. • Oversee the operational management of a network of reentry partner organizations and faith-based partners across major metropolitan areas. • Operationalize processes for reentry programming and partner onboarding, engagement, and ongoing support. • Provide coordination, planning, and logistical support to department leadership in advancement of strategic priorities. • Maintain current and accurate records, manage communications, and deliver program materials or other services as needed.

• lead the architecture and modernization of our enterprise application ecosystem • design target-state architectures and standardize APIs • advance event-driven patterns with Redpanda • build robust integrations across home-grown applications, Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud • maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions • define, design, implement target-state enterprise application architecture aligned with organizational strategy • lead solution design for application technology stack • establish SOA and EDA standards, including event schemas and reusable patterns • architect secure, scalable optimized integrations • create technical documentation and detailed work descriptions for new features, cross-team projects, and architectural & system design changes • configure and tune Redpanda clusters for high performance and resiliency • promote security-by-design, observability, CI/CD, DEVOPS, and cloud-native best practices • partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical roadmaps

What we are looking for: - A driven and mission-focused Prison Ministry Manager residing in the Phoenix, AZ area. - You will be responsible for equipping and mobilizing local churches to identify and meet the needs of prisoners and their families. - You will build relationships with church-based volunteers, pastors, corrections staff, and prison chaplains while coaching volunteer teams to meet ministry opportunities. Expectations of the role: - Develop partnerships with stakeholders including church-based volunteers, pastors, corrections staff, and prison chaplains. - Coach volunteer teams to meet ministry goals while promoting teamwork and personal spiritual development. - Implement and execute ministry programs around Prison Fellowship's Academy curriculum and key in-prison events. Qualifications - Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions. - 8+ years of sales/territory and relationship management experience. - 2+ years of experience recruiting and managing volunteers. - A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. - Strong demonstrated ability to develop personal networking relationships. - This is a remote position with a 60% travel component mostly within the region, subject to certain driving record and insurance requirements. - Candidate must reside in the Phoenix, AZ area to adequately cover the territory. • Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions • Lead new or ongoing program evaluation projects, including data collection, analysis, reporting, and the development of actionable recommendations for continuous improvement • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement tools to support performance measurement activities that inform decision-making • Present evaluation findings and strategic insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making and program refinement • Monitor trends, best practices, and innovations in program design and evaluation to ensure continuous learning and development among the team

• Maintain and transform legacy applications by building and integrating modern, API-driven applications using React and PHP/Laravel • Serve as a software product SME • Own and improve applications running on October CMS • Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React and PHP/Laravel • Develop APIs and work with existing APIs according to specifications • Build data models according to specifications • Contribute to architecture decisions • Collaborate with teammates across disciplines.
