• Gather and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders • Translate requirements into clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria • Analyze customer data and usage to identify insights and improvement opportunities • Map and optimize business processes and customer workflows • Model and support implementation of process automation • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver CRM solutions and customizations • Configure and customize solutions using no-code / low-code tools • Validate system designs and implementations against business requirements • Engage with clients to support adoption and resolve delivery challenges • Lead or support client training and onboarding • Operate within an agile delivery model and participate in sprint activities

• Serve as the technical bridge between our sales organization and prospective customers, combining deep Databricks expertise with strong business acumen to design compelling data and AI solutions. • Own the technical side of the sales cycle — from discovery and architecture design to solution demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) delivery. • Lead technical discovery workshops to understand customer business objectives, data challenges, and current-state architecture. • Design and present scalable Databricks-based solution architectures tailored to customer environments and business goals. • Build and deliver compelling demos, prototypes, and proofs-of-concept showcasing the capabilities of the Databricks Lakehouse Platform. • Partner closely with Account Executives throughout the sales lifecycle to develop winning technical strategies. • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires with clear, accurate, and persuasive technical content. • Translate complex technical concepts into business value for both technical stakeholders and executive audiences. • Design scalable data architectures on Databricks, including Lakehouse, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog patterns. • Guide customers on best practices for data pipelines, data modeling, and platform governance. • Advise on integration of Databricks with hyperscaler environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and adjacent data tooling. • Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the sales process to set delivery teams up for success. • Demonstrate Databricks capabilities for Data Science, ML, and Generative AI use cases. • Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to develop AI-powered demo assets and reference architectures. • Stay current on Databricks platform releases, including Mosaic AI, MLflow, and Feature Store. • Serve as a resident Databricks expert within BIG — sharing knowledge and enabling the broader team. • Contribute reusable demo assets, accelerators, and technical playbooks. • Represent BIG at customer events, webinars, and Databricks partner activities. • Provide field feedback to Databricks product and partner teams to influence the roadmap. • Willingness to travel approximately 40% for customer meetings and partner collaboration.

• Identify, engage, and develop new Creatio and CRM opportunities within enterprise and mid-market accounts • Build and manage relationships with C-level executives and key business stakeholders • Understand customer challenges and position BIG's Creatio and consulting solutions as strategic enablers • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close • Leverage our Premier Creatio Partnership to accelerate opportunities and access partner-sourced leads • Maintain disciplined, accurate pipeline management, follow-up, and forecasting within HubSpot CRM • Collaborate with Marketing, Alliances, and Delivery to develop targeted go-to-market strategies • Create and execute outbound strategies including account-based outreach, event engagement, and multi-channel prospecting • Develop long-term account strategies aligned to customer transformation initiatives • Represent BIG at industry, partner, and client events • Travel up to 40% as needed for client and partner engagement
