Job Description

Project Coordinator

Bits In Glass

• Support Project Managers with end-to-end delivery of software and automation projects for our clients. • Help drive the project lifecycle by coordinating schedules, tasks, resources, and communications. • Organize and facilitate project meetings: prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. • Track project progress, identify risks or delays, and escalate issues when needed. • Maintain project documentation including status reports, change requests, and risk logs. • Communicate project status to stakeholders in a timely and professional manner. • Act as a liaison between clients, internal delivery teams, and other stakeholders. • Ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. • Support client onboarding and help foster a positive client experience. • Help ensure adherence to BIG’s project delivery methodology and DSMO standards. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process and tool enhancements. • Support project closeout activities, including lessons learned and documentation handoff.

Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a project coordination or support role, preferably in IT consulting, software delivery, or professional services.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Monday.com).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) is an asset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, IT, or related field preferred.
  • CAPM or other project management certifications are a plus.
