• Own budget tracking across multiple spend categories, including T&E, discretionary, vendor, and other operational expenses, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up to date • Monitor forecast versus actuals, identify variances, and proactively communicate risks, gaps, or changes that may impact the broader budget plan • Manage large and complex budgets, potentially in the millions, with a high degree of precision, organization, and accountability • Build, structure, maintain, and improve spreadsheets and trackers used for budget management, headcount reporting, vendor oversight, and financial planning • Support and manage vendor processes, including approvals, purchase order creation, PO tracking, and ongoing administrative coordination • Track and maintain both FTE and vendor headcount, including updates tied to hiring plans, approvals, and budget allocations • Adapt quickly to the communication styles and working rhythms of multiple executives while delivering highly detailed, accurate, and proactive support
