Paid Media Analyst – Mid-level
Macfor
• Develop strategic media plans based on briefs and business objectives; • Audit accounts and propose restructurings; • Prepare monthly, quarterly and seasonal plans with projections for reach, CTR, CPC and CPA; • Create, configure, launch and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Spotify Ads; • Build advanced audience segmentations (demographic, behavioral and remarketing); • Integrate accounts with GA4, Meta Pixel and offline conversions; • Produce technical and executive reports with KPIs such as CPC, CPA, ROAS and conversion rate; • Conduct client meetings to present strategies and align goals; • Recommend process and operational workflow improvements together with account and creative teams.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in paid media (Meta Ads and Google Ads);
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4);
- Ability to independently manage multiple accounts and deadlines;
- Strong presentation skills and consultative client communication;
- Certifications in Meta Ads and/or Google Ads (plus);
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, programmatic advertising, social networks and related channels.
