About You - Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field (Six Sigma certification desirable). - Extensive experience as a senior reward professional (10+ years), including within the Banking & Financial Services industry and other complex, highly regulated environments. - Proven expertise in reward frameworks, remuneration cycles, benchmarking, job evaluation (e.g. Hay methodology), and pay equity. - Strong background in reward governance, including regulatory compliance, disclosures, and Executive and Board-level reporting. - Demonstrated success delivering complex projects and operating in global, matrixed organisations. - Deep knowledge of ANZ employment, tax, superannuation, and financial services regulations (APRA/RBNZ), with broader exposure to benefits and mobility. - Highly credible advisor with strong stakeholder influence, commercial acumen, and sound judgement. - Advanced analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear, executive-ready insights. - Advanced Excel skills. - Experience coaching and developing HR or Reward professionals advantageous.
