• Collaborate with the Counseling Services leadership team to implement a comprehensive counseling program based on the ASCA national model. • Focus on High School graduation requirements and maximization of data to drive targeted support for students, families, and staff. • Keep abreast of all high school graduation requirements, including special requirements. • Improve and support systems to access and utilize data throughout the school year cycle. • Collaborate with school administration and teachers to support students who are failing. • Understand the requirements for postsecondary readiness programs, including Advanced Placement support, SAT and ACT Preparation, Career Technical and college admissions planning, scholarships, financial aid workshops.
