• Manage multiple projects and build project roadmaps, release plans, and timelines • Manage and track program schedules, technical issues, dependencies, and blockers • Communicate project status with clients and internal teams • Provide project status reports for various audiences • Organize project activities including scheduling and leading meetings with cross-functional teams

• Analyzing existing code to assess the feasibility of business requirements and proposing solution options. • Collaborating closely with business analysts and stakeholders to clarify and refine requirements. • Communicating potential solutions clearly and concisely to all involved parties. • Estimating the effort required to implement solutions effectively. • Supporting quality engineers as needed, though this will not be the primary focus of your role. • Working collaboratively with the engineering lead, business analysts, engineers, project managers, and business stakeholders to drive projects forward. • Discussing and evaluating software design options with the engineering lead. • Familiarity with user story writing and employing the Gherkin syntax to draft acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives. • Involvement in triaging production defects, including conducting root cause analysis to determine the underlying issues and contributing to their resolution.

• Perform end-to-end testing activities for T24 implementations, enhancements, and support projects • Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements • Execute manual test cases for T24 modules across various environments (UAT, SIT, etc.) • Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution, ensuring comprehensive root cause analysis • Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues • Participate in Regression, Integration, and System Testing cycles • Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and compliance requirements for T24 projects • Provide regular status updates, test metrics, and defect reports to project teams • Support business users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as needed • Bonus: If able develop and maintain automation test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities • Define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements • Partner with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver features end-to-end • Identify gaps in functionality and drive solutions to improve the customer experience • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions and clarifications • Participate in Agile ceremonies and support sprint planning and execution • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate feedback

• Collaborate with clients and product leaders to translate/illustrate business goals into detailed designs and supporting documentation • Able to work both independently and with a team to achieve and solve for proposed business problems • Communicate and collaborate well with other members of the team including, architects, developers, Quality Assurance, Product Owners, Program Management, and client stakeholders • Manage a pace that allows for the clients to interact, review, and reviewed and receive deliverables, giving them a clear buy-in/approval to the product and features to be delivered • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills, to work on more than one project at a time. Able to shift priorities as they change; our environment is rapidly changing • Applicant must be able to quickly assess and adapt to change • Present solutions to clients and discuss the success of that proposed solution to meet business goals. • Able to actively listen to feedback, to understand how and why that feedback is important to the client or internal team about the project
