Role Description Rejoindre hyffen, c’est : - Rejoindre une équipe de passionnés SEO, composée de Consultants SEO experts, de Rédacteurs, de Content Managers et de Développeurs. - Travailler en 100 % remote, n’importe où en France métropolitaine. - Avoir le plaisir de passer du temps avec ses collègues lors du RDV mensuel organisé et financé (déplacement pris en charge à 100 %) par l’agence, à Paris. - Avoir accès au forfait “télétravail” de 600 € par an pour financer électricité et internet. - Bénéficier d’un statut cadre, à 39h hebdo et en horaires de journée. - Se faire livrer son Uber Eat grâce à sa carte SWILE (ou sinon faire ses courses, ça marche aussi !). - Profiter de notre partenariat avec ALAN pour votre mutuelle et prévoyance. Le projet, avec un grand “P” : - La recherche est partout. Plus seulement sur Google, mais sur YouTube, Amazon, TikTok, ChatGPT, Perplexity, et demain sur des plateformes qui n’existent pas encore. - L’ambition d’hyffen : devenir un acteur majeur du référencement des marques sur toutes les plateformes où il y a de la recherche, en France et à l’international. - Nous menons en parallèle deux transformations : - Le passage d’une agence “artisanale premium” à une agence systémique, capable de délivrer du premium à l’échelle. - Un investissement fort en R&D, avec le développement de nos propres outils SEO/GEO propriétaires. Dans ce contexte, nous créons un poste clé : Directeur·rice SEO & GEO. Un rôle 100 % transverse, garant·e de la performance, de la qualité et du rayonnement métier de l’agence. Vous portez la vision SEO & GEO d’hyffen, vous structurez l’offre, vous accompagnez les consultants, et vous incarnez l’expertise de l’agence en interne comme à l’externe. Vous travaillez main dans la main avec le CEO (Mathieu) et la Head of Delivery (Océane). Objectives - Garantir la performance SEO & GEO de l’ensemble des projets clients de l’agence. - Faire rayonner l’expertise d’hyffen en interne et en externe. - Structurer et faire évoluer l’offre SEO/GEO en lien avec la stratégie produit et IA de l’agence. - Soutenir la croissance commerciale via l’avant-vente, les soutenances et les appels d’offres stratégiques. - Participer au développement de l’agence en contribuant à sa stratégie et son rayonnement. Daily Missions - Pilotage métier & performance - Vue 360° sur les performances projets via un outil de monitoring dédié. - Suivi régulier des consultants gestionnaires de comptes. - Contribution aux instances de pilotage interne. - Validation stratégique & accompagnement consultants - Validation et co-construction des stratégies SEO/GEO. - Soutien aux consultants sur les projets sensibles. - Intervention ponctuelle sur certains projets stratégiques. - Articulation avec les consultants transverses mobilisés sur des champs d’expertise spécifiques. - R&D et innovation métier - Pilotage des projets R&D SEO/GEO de l’agence. - Contribution forte à l’évolution des outils SEO/GEO propriétaires. - Veille active sur les nouvelles plateformes de recherche. - Qualité, méthodologie & SOPs - Revue et optimisation des livrables, méthodes et recettes internes. - Identification des tâches chronophages côté consultants. - Contribution active à la standardisation des modules. - Veille & animation interne - Slide veille SEO/GEO mensuelle présentée en COPIL. - Animation et cadrage des ateliers lors des “hyffen in Paris”. - Diffusion des bonnes pratiques et partages d’expérience. - Mentorat & formation - Création et maintien de l’onboarding SEO/GEO des nouveaux collaborateurs. - Accompagnement des nouveaux entrants. - Construction d’un plan de formation continue. - Direction conseil & rayonnement - Participation aux appels d’offres et soutenances stratégiques. - Représentation externe d’hyffen : webinars, événements, contenus. - Animation de la relation avec nos partenaires.

Role Description The Head of Treasury will lead strategy, execution, and oversight of all treasury functions, including all aspects of cash management, liquidity planning, debt management, financial risk management, and banking relationships globally. Reporting to the VP of Tax and Treasury, you will collaborate closely with executive leadership, finance, and operation teams and will have a direct impact on the company’s financial health and strategic growth. You will have the opportunity to craft and establish a best-in-class treasury function. The ideal candidate will bring experience managing treasury operations within a private equity-backed company, carve-out, or highly leveraged business, with expertise in global cash management, debt facilities, covenant compliance, liquidity forecasting, and capital structure optimization. This is a remote role within the US.
