Physician - Women's Hormone Expert Location: Remote, US Job Description: Work from any location, determine your own schedule, and earn extra income while helping women optimize their health and hormone levels with one of the fastest-growing health companies in the country. Seeking Obstetrics/Gynecology, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine physicians, and all other physicians with deep knowledge and experience in prescribing for midlife women’s healthcare. We are specifically looking for physicians who specialize in men's health and have experience prescribing testosterone and other hormone-boosting pharmaceuticals. Our services also include men’s hormone, weight loss and thyroid treatment and we would prefer to bring on physicians who have experience prescribing for patients in some or all of those categories as well. We are currently looking for physicians nationwide and highly value physicians who are licensed in multiple states. We are currently seeking part-time and full-time telemedicine physicians who want to be part of the health revolution. You will have the opportunity to leverage emerging technologies and provide digital telemedicine consultations to patients in the states in which you are licensed from the comfort of your home. We provide a training program and a supportive environment to help you improve your video consultation skills, including comprehensive technical support. Your Responsibilities: - Perform telemedicine consultations from our HIPAA-compliant video interface. - Provide outstanding service and care to women in midlife navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other common midlife health challenges. - Treat men who are looking to optimize their health and hormones, if this is a patient population you also have experience treating. - Review lab results with patient and provide treatment options. - Educate patients and create individualized treatment plans. - Titrate medications based on patient outcomes. - Prescribe medications if necessary based on your clinical diagnosis. - Provide feedback to us to continually improve the patient experience. We are currently recruiting nationwide. Experience with telemedicine is a plus. Holding multiple state licenses is a plus. Requirements: - Available at a minimum of 6-8 hours/week for consultations, ideally 8-12 hours or more. - You are an MD or DO who holds a valid license, ideally in multiple states. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Obstetrics/Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and/or Hormone Replacement Therapy is preferred. - NCMP (NAMS-certified menopause practitioner) certification is preferred. - Possess an unrestricted DEA license and have prescribed Schedule III controlled substances. - Excellent communication skills with a focus on physician-patient interaction. - Comfortable with technology and video consultations, or the desire to learn. - You are not just a pill pusher, but you have a deep profound care for hormone optimization. - You are a self-starter who likes to be part of innovative mission-driven environments. - You’re intellectually curious and are always striving to improve patient outcomes. - Available to start soon.

• Develop and launch a training program that combines video, text, interactive, and other training approaches, to ensure Hone-affiliated physicians can incorporate best practices in longevity care. • Facilitate interactive training sessions, workshops, and online learning modules to ensure training is effective. • Conduct regular needs assessments to identify training gaps and emerging educational priorities. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance provider competency and patient outcomes. • Track the completion of various training activities across the entire provider network to ensure compliance with our program and overall provider quality.

• Own the roadmap for Patient Support, spanning Zendesk AI protocols, customer support tooling, task management, and workflow automation • Define and track support KPIs (e.g., CSAT, first reply time, average handle time, % tickets deflected) • Partner with leadership to identify operational blind spots and prioritize opportunities for workflow improvement and automation • Collaborate with design, engineering, and operations to define, design, and launch tooling that reduces friction for customer support agents and patients • Partner with our analytics and AI teams to design, test, and refine AI protocols and prompts that improve ticket deflection and patient satisfaction • Measure the success of launched features and develop data-driven solutions for improvement

• Own the roadmap for Fulfillment & Delivery, spanning prescription writing and approval workflows, order creation and combination logic, pharmacy and carrier integrations, and the tooling that powers Hone’s pharmacy technology and operations teams • Own end-to-end medication delivery reliability, defining the metrics, building the visibility, and partnering across pharmacy operations, clinical operations, engineering, and finance to ensure every patient receives their medication on time, every time • Partner with engineering to design, specify, and ship reliable integrations with DoseSpot, pharmacies, supplement vendors, and shipping carriers • Define and track KPIs including first-fill and refill on-time delivery rates, time to first fill, order failure and error rates, and manual operational hours • Identify and prioritize opportunities to automate manual fulfillment workflows • Measure the success of launched features and develop data-driven solutions for improvement

• Own the roadmap for Engagement - spanning the app home page, AI experiences, messaging, and medication adherence • Define and track engagement KPIs (e.g., MAU, AI engagement and satisfaction, medication adherence) • Perform qualitative and quantitative research to understand why and how patients return to the app, and where recurring experiences fall short • Collaborate closely with our design, engineering, and clinical teams to ship improvements that deepen habitual use • Partner with our AI team on the patient-facing AI experience - entry points, suggested prompts, custom widgets, memory etc • Measure the success of launched features and develop data-driven solutions for improvement

• Own the roadmap for the Health Tracking & Planning team - connecting labs, clinical screeners, lifestyle trends, and other diagnostic results with each patient’s long-term goals • Define and track KPIs tied to both engagement and clinical outcomes, with symptom improvement as a north star • Perform qualitative and quantitative research to explore, validate, and refine how patients interpret and act on their health data • Collaborate closely with our design, engineering, clinical, and data teams to define, sequence, and ship improvements to how health data is surfaced and planned against • Partner with our AI team on personalization, recommendations, and AI-driven interpretation of patient health data • Measure the success of launched features and develop data-driven solutions for improvement

Role Description Hone is looking for a RN Clinical Navigator to join our team. As someone with a clinical background, you are responsible for supporting doctors and their patients with their medical care. You will review, triage, and escalate physician and patient issues in collaboration with the customer service, clinical, and operations teams so that patients have the best experience with Hone. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires excelling in an unstructured setting and using clinical judgment to make decisions. We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable weekend nurse to join our clinical team. Hone offers virtual care for both men and women seeking support for hormone replacement therapy, weight loss, thyroid concerns, and longevity medicine. Clinical experience in these areas is not required, however we are seeking candidates who are passionate about helping patients live long, healthy lives. Primary Responsibilities - Manage communications between patients and doctors and associated documentation as required, e.g. FSA-related letters, medical referrals, labs, etc. - Work with the clinical and operations team to make sure the patient receives fast resolution to any concerns. - Collaborate with our Customer Service team in troubleshooting any patient requests pertaining to physician requirements/tasks supporting their treatment. - Provide clinical feedback in response to patient inquiries involving medication, lab, side effects, and anything clinically related in collaboration with clinical operations. - Support physicians to ensure any patient care issues are resolved in a timely manner. - Follow established protocols and processes, with an eye towards improving operational processes to provide the best patient experience. - Be willing to take on additional clinical projects or responsibilities when necessary. Qualifications - Licensed RN - must hold a compact state license or live in an eligible state. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adhere to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality. - Comfortable in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment. - Creative problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset. - Can quickly learn new technology systems and communication tools. - Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively. - 3+ year(s) experience working with physicians and/or patients in a healthcare setting preferred, ideally in a telemedicine environment. - Very comfortable using common technology platforms (e.g. Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Meet). - Effective and compassionate communicator (written and verbal). - Must be a self-starter who looks for opportunities for improvement regularly. - THIS POSITION REQUIRES WEEKENDS (minimum of 16 hours a week).
