What will your days look like: - Assisting clients with their financial reporting requirements – creating draft annual and quarterly financial statements and their accompanying Management Discussion & Analysis. - Involvement in IPO planning and prospectus preparation. - Researching and interpreting accounting policy research and providing recommendations. - Assisting with ERP implementation, cost accounting, budgeting and projections. - Coordination and assisting with client valuations. Qualifications - Chartered Professional Accountant, or foreign equivalent. - Public company audit and/or financial reporting experience specifically with small to mid-sized businesses is a must. - Significant exposure to complex IFRS accounting issues; especially debt and equity financing transactions. - Ability to look to accounting standards and other guidance for answers rather than just following what they did last year. - Comfortable working independently in an autonomous entrepreneurial environment but can still be heavily relied upon to be a supportive team member. - Great interpersonal skills and comfortable working directly with clients. • The Director, Business Intelligence is the strategic leader of the Company’s enterprise data, analytics, and forecasting capabilities • This role transforms data scattered across CRM, ERP, HRIS, project performance, and financial systems into a unified, decision-grade intelligence layer • The Director sets the technical and operational direction for the Business Intelligence platform, builds and leads a high-performing analytics team, and ensures quality, accuracy, and executive usability of every metric, dashboard, and forecast • This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining BI platform standards, modernizing the data and analytics estate on Azure Data Lake and Microsoft Fabric • Lead the design and delivery of an integrated forecasting capability and provide leadership with what-if scenario tooling that models the downstream impacts of business decisions • Ensure alignment between platform architecture, analytics delivery, and business needs.

• Administration Interns are responsible for various administrative and professional functions within the department assigned. • This may include, but not limited to, researching, creating, updating, and recording department-specific documentation, as well as customer service responsibilities. • The RBI Intern will learn to design and implement reporting and dashboards geared toward optimizing operations within Easterseals MORC. • Executes both technical and analytical functions to ensure smooth flow of business operations. • Works directly with stakeholders and key team members to define, design, and deliver actionable insights.
