• The Director, Business Intelligence is the strategic leader of the Company’s enterprise data, analytics, and forecasting capabilities • This role transforms data scattered across CRM, ERP, HRIS, project performance, and financial systems into a unified, decision-grade intelligence layer • The Director sets the technical and operational direction for the Business Intelligence platform, builds and leads a high-performing analytics team, and ensures quality, accuracy, and executive usability of every metric, dashboard, and forecast • This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining BI platform standards, modernizing the data and analytics estate on Azure Data Lake and Microsoft Fabric • Lead the design and delivery of an integrated forecasting capability and provide leadership with what-if scenario tooling that models the downstream impacts of business decisions • Ensure alignment between platform architecture, analytics delivery, and business needs.

Role Description - Develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau - Translate business requirements into scalable data models and reporting solutions - Implement and validate complex business logic within reporting layers - Write and optimize advanced SQL queries for data extraction and transformation - Work with Snowflake (or similar cloud data warehouses) for data sourcing - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect resolution and enhancements - Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and QA teams - Maintain and enhance existing BI solutions for performance and usability Qualifications - Strong experience with Power BI and/or Tableau - Advanced proficiency in SQL (query writing, optimization, performance tuning) - Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar data platforms - Solid understanding of data modeling and reporting best practices - Experience with Excel (advanced functions) and VBA - Ability to implement complex business logic in reporting tools - Experience working in Asset Management / Financial Services domain Requirements - Basic familiarity with dbt (data build tool) Benefits - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Good communication skills for stakeholder interaction - Ability to work in Agile / fast-paced environments

• Administration Interns are responsible for various administrative and professional functions within the department assigned. • This may include, but not limited to, researching, creating, updating, and recording department-specific documentation, as well as customer service responsibilities. • The RBI Intern will learn to design and implement reporting and dashboards geared toward optimizing operations within Easterseals MORC. • Executes both technical and analytical functions to ensure smooth flow of business operations. • Works directly with stakeholders and key team members to define, design, and deliver actionable insights.

• Administer AWS QuickSight environments, managing users, permissions, groups, namespaces, and resource access. • Use CLI, SDKs, or APIs to automate administrative tasks (user provisioning, permissions updates, dataset refreshes, etc.). • Design, build, deploy, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analyses in QuickSight (authors, visuals, stories). • Optimize performance of datasets and dashboards (e.g. SPICE, query tuning, data prep). • Establish and enforce governance, access controls, and usage policies within QuickSight. • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into QuickSight solutions. • Monitor usage, error logs, refresh failures, and proactively resolve issues. • Maintain documentation of data models, dataset lineage, dashboard specifications, and administrative procedures. • Provide training and support for business users and analytics teams on QuickSight usage and best practices. • Evaluate new QuickSight features, enhancements, or third-party tools for possible adoption.
