Role Description A potential six figure opportunity with plenty of room for growth. We're currently hiring exceptional confirmations representatives to work remotely. As a confirmation representative, you will be responsible as the final point of contact to our customers for our Solar specialists in the field. As you progress in your career with Momentum, there will be opportunities in management, transferring to other departments, or promotion to becoming a solar consultant within our sales division. You will make outbound calls and receive inbound calls from our Dialer, Canvassing, and Retail teams to confirm and qualify solar consultations with customers and help our Solar Specialists navigate appointments. Momentum prides itself in offering you all the necessary tools to succeed in your current and future roles. You will go through an intensive paid 2-week training course covering all aspects of the job, while also attending continuous retraining and daily call reviews provided by your supervisor. Responsibilities - Consistent phone calls to potential clients through outbound calls as well as inbound calls from our dialer, canvassing, and retail teams - Keep prospective customers on our books - Assist our sales team with navigating appointments - Participation in ongoing training and coaching with manager and team - Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goal targets Requirements - Proven experience in a sales-oriented environment (preferred but not required) - Able to work in a fast-paced environment and overcome objections - Have a professional manner and be experts at establishing rapport with clients quickly - Be able to validate prospective customers’ contact and home information in our CRM system - MUST HAVE a reliable computer with high-speed internet connection. Computer Specs: At least 8GB RAM is required, Intel i5 CPU Minimum (or AMD equivalent) 2.0ghz Quad core or better - Able to work in a remote role, must live in the following states: North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Texas, Georgia Compensation - Hourly wage $15.00 plus uncapped commission and bonuses - Paid training - Average earning potential: $45,000-$65,000 - All expensed sales trips, Galas, and corporate events for top producers! - Incentivized giveaway contest among the team! Schedule - Tuesday – Saturday or Sunday – Thursday - 10:00 am – 7:00 pm est. - 9:00 am – 6:00 pm cst.
