Job Requirements
- 2 years of experience in the design and implementation of Public Cloud services on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc
- Experience in network security concepts and technologies, including VPN, Proxies, Authentication mechanisms (e.g., SAML, OAuth), and Firewall principles.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and orchestration tools, such as Terraform, Ansible, AWS CloudFormation, and Azure Resource Manager (ARM).
- Proven presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences of varying sizes and technical backgrounds.
- General understanding of cloud marketplace dynamics and private offers within public cloud platforms is a plus.
- Experience with containerization technologies including Kubernetes and Docker, and their security implications in cloud environments.
- Awareness and practical understanding of APIs and applications in cloud environments
- Scripting experience with a major language such as Python, nice to have
- Understanding of database services such as DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, etc., nice to have
- Ability to use data structures such as yaml, XML, JSON, nice to have
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion.
- Experience with effective evaluation process and closure (will be a plus)
- Technical experience and understanding of Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) platforms and their components (e.g., SWG, CASB, ZTNA) is a significant plus.

The Role We are seeking a Technical Solutions Lead to be the technical bridge between our customers and our product by leading the post-sales technical journey for our enterprise customer base, as well as supporting scaling technical operations across all segments. You will be a trusted advisor and technical leader to both our customers and our internal teams. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role that requires a sophisticated blend of enterprise architecture, project leadership, and relationship management.
