Role Description The Carestream 360° Product & Customer Enablement Lead serves as the cross-functional program creator for the Carestream 360° digital platform and post-sale customer experience. The role partners closely with Sales, Service Sales, Technical Support, and other various internal teams to align processes and establish best practices through consistent support and scalable delivery that enables customers to effectively use and realize ongoing value from Carestream 360°. - Assist with pre-sales product demonstrations in partnership with the Sales and Service Sales teams. - Lead the end-to-end onboarding and implementation experience for Carestream 360° customers, from initial customer engagement through go live. - Align implementation requirements with quoting, entitlement, and support processes to ensure accurate setup and delivery. - Support data readiness and validation activities, including installed base accuracy, device eligibility, software levels, and RMS connectivity. - Manage post-sale data cleanup processes in coordination with Service Sales and other internal teams. - Ensure dashboard setup, configuration, and go live are completed smoothly to support ongoing operation. - Support customer training, enablement activities, and usage reviews to support successful adoption and ongoing product use. - Provide post go live support while maintaining clear communication, coordinating issue resolution with internal teams, and ensuring continued engagement as customers transition into regular use of the product. - Support customer growth and retention by helping customers understand and realize ongoing value from Carestream 360°. - Coordinate and participate in pre-sale strategic activities to drive further platform adoption. - Partner with Product Management and R&D teams to share customer feedback and help inform future Carestream 360° enhancements and capabilities. Qualifications - 10+ years in Customer Success, Implementation, Professional Services, or similar roles. - Experience leading cross-functional B2B software implementations. - Excellent customer-facing communication skills and experience in demonstration, selling, or other in-person customer activities. Requirements - Healthcare imaging quality control or regulated industry experience. - Familiarity with subscription services and analytics platforms. Position Summary: - You will support the X-Ray Systems business as a Field Service Engineer based in Washington state, preferably Yakima or Tacoma. Utilize tools, support, resources, and escalation processes within required time frames to resolve customer and system problems timely and effectively. - May be asked to perform service work remotely providing telephone, remote technical support, and remote diagnostics to external healthcare customers and field partners in order to resolve customer equipment issues and initiate escalation, if appropriate. Required Skills & Education: - Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred. - 2+ years of experience in diagnostic imaging or 4+ years of experience in the electronics industry, preferably in a field service environment. - Knowledge of computers and networking; PC competency to include utilization of Microsoft Office Suite products. - Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment, including knowledge and use of all necessary tools and test equipment. - Ability to understand and utilize technical vocabulary to perform tasks according to either verbal or written instructions. - Ability to read and interpret schematics and site drawings with minimal assistance. - Ability to display strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, self-discipline, and autonomy to work independently in a high-pressure environment. - Ability to adapt to changing work requirements in a complex, fast-paced environment. - Ability to effectively operate in a team-driven environment and share knowledge to achieve assigned goals and objectives. - Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. - Ability to communicate, written and verbally, with various levels of employees and customers. - Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and driving record that is compliant with Fleet Policy.
