Job Description

Monetization & Growth Manager

Vantheon

Role Description Vantheon is a research lab studying how AI will disrupt investing across economic classes. We believe the tools of wealth creation have been locked behind institutional walls for too long. We are here to change that. Before we can change how people build wealth, we have to reach them. That means pricing that actually reflects the value we deliver, a growth engine that finds the right customers before we spend a dollar on acquisition, and a monetization model that compounds over time. That is what this role is responsible for building. What You Will Do - Pricing Strategy & Packaging - Doing the deep work on pricing research - talking to customers, studying competitors, figuring out what people will actually pay for - Design and iterate on pricing models and packaging tiers - Build the business cases that align the founding team on pricing decisions - Own pricing as a long-term discipline - adapting as we launch, scale, and expand into new asset classes - ICP & Go-to-Market - Define and continuously refine the Ideal Customer Profile - who our early adopters actually are, and who they continue to be - Translate ICP insights into targeting, messaging, and acquisition strategy - Partner with engineering to ensure the product experience reflects what we learn about the customer - Growth Strategy & Execution - Build and own the growth model - experiment, iterate, and act - Identify and prioritize acquisition channels for a consumer fintech product from scratch - Design and run experiments across messaging, channels, and ICP refinements, then scale what works - Track and report on growth KPIs in a way that drives decisions, not just dashboards - Revenue Operations - Stand up the RevOps infrastructure - the systems, data flows, and reporting cadences the business needs to operate - Ensure pricing decisions are reflected accurately across all customer touchpoints - Build the feedback loops between customer data and pricing and growth strategy Qualifications - 4–6 years of experience spanning pricing strategy, GTM, growth, or revenue operations - ideally across both a structured environment (consulting, investment banking) and a hands-on operator role - Deep familiarity with consumer fintech - the products, the economics, and the customers - Strong analytical foundation - you can build a pricing model and a willingness-to-pay framework from scratch - Experience taking a product to market, not just advising on how it should be done - Clear, direct communicator who can translate complex analysis into decisions - Someone who operates with urgency and ownership - this is a small team Bonus Points - You personally invest - in equities, crypto, or both and you have strong opinions about the experience - You are active in retail investing communities and understand what drives that culture - You have worked directly on pricing or monetization for a subscription or usage-based consumer product - You have experience with new asset class expansion or international pricing Benefits - 100% health insurance coverage (50% for dependents) - Unlimited PTO - $2,000 annual AI learning stipend - 401k - On-site chef for those working out of the office
