Role Description Leading Edge is working to embed a set of standards of excellence for Talent & Culture across the Jewish nonprofit sector. These standards will help organizations become healthier, stronger workplaces where people can thrive. A critical standard is fostering a culture of Constructive Dialogue: the ability to engage across differences productively, respectfully, and with integrity. In a polarized and complex environment, this capability is essential for effective leadership and strong organizational cultures in the field. This role supports an expanding area of work for Leading Edge. While currently structured as a part-time position, we expect the scope and nature of the work to continue evolving over time as we learn, grow, and assess organizational needs and opportunities. Core Responsibilities - Partnership & Relationship Management - Serve as the primary relationship manager between Leading Edge and the Constructive Dialogue Institute. - Cultivate a collaborative partnership that supports high-quality delivery and ongoing learning. - Ensure any additional training and support needs (e.g. train-the-trainer) are met by CDI. - Program Leadership & Implementation - Lead the rollout and implementation of the constructive dialogue training initiative across Leading Edge’s network. - Determine where content may need to be customized to ensure learning can apply to a range of audiences. - Oversee program timelines, logistics, communications, and participant engagement to ensure strong execution and progress toward initiative goals. - Partner with internal program leads to integrate constructive dialogue practices and content into existing offerings. - Identify opportunities to extend CDI learning into practical tools, resources, and experiences. - Determine and pilot additional ways to grow constructive dialogue skills across the field. - Help define how constructive dialogue shows up as a core component of Leading Edge’s talent and culture standards. - Field Engagement & Recruitment - Set and drive ambitious recruitment goals to engage Jewish nonprofit professionals in the program. - Partner with Leading Edge Outreach and Engagement team to identify organizations where constructive dialogue skills can have meaningful impact. - Learning & Evaluation - Monitor participation and program outcomes, gather participant feedback, and identify opportunities to strengthen the initiative over time. - Contribute insights about how constructive dialogue practices can support healthier workplace cultures across the Jewish nonprofit sector. Qualifications - Proven experience managing and building high-performing programs, partnerships, or initiatives. - A belief in and enthusiasm for the concepts of constructive dialogue and viewpoint diversity. - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders or teams. - Experience and comfort with facilitating adult learning. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment. - U.S.-based and authorized to work in the United States. Requirements - Experience in nonprofit, education, or mission-driven organizations. - Familiarity designing and/or delivering leadership development, workplace culture, or organizational learning programs. - Familiarity with the North American Jewish community and its nonprofit institutions and culture. - Experience managing partnerships with external organizations or vendors.
