• Plan, coordinate, and execute hardware integration projects from concept through deployment, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. • Work closely with systems engineers, solution architects, and field teams to ensure alignment on requirements, integration specifications, and testing procedures. • Act as a key liaison between technical teams and clients, managing expectations, communicating progress, and addressing risks or issues proactively. • Drive coordination among engineering, logistics, procurement, quality assurance, and operations teams throughout the program lifecycle. • Partner with OEMs, component suppliers, and service partners to track deliverables, validate configurations, and support issue resolution. • Maintain documentation, track program metrics, and ensure compliance with integration standards and quality controls. • Contribute to process enhancements and best practices in program management and hardware delivery execution.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing technical programs or projects within IT hardware, infrastructure, or system integration environments.
  • Demonstrated success coordinating complex programs that involve multiple hardware and infrastructure components (servers, storage, networking, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of hardware integration processes, validation testing, and release management.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with AHEAD project management tools (e.g. Jira, Smartsheet, Salesforce).
