• Own the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-team technical initiatives from inception through completion • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, timelines, success metrics, and resource alignment for shared technical programs • Drive alignment on goals, priorities, and sequencing across multiple development teams with competing demands • Identify, manage, and proactively escalate inter-team dependencies, risks, and delivery challenges • Serve as the central point of coordination between platform teams, product teams, and enabling functions • Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration through regular planning, dependency, and delivery ceremonies • Provide clear, consistent visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes through status reporting and stakeholder communications • Partner with engineering, product, and leadership to ensure delivered initiatives meet quality standards and achieve intended business and customer impact
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management at a B2B SaaS company
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong technical fluency and understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD process, etc.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and experience working with Agile delivery methodologies and project management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across multiple teams
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and align both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions to enhance performance and drive efficiencies
