• Facilitate core month-end and quarter-end close activities for revenue-related accounts and deliverables. • Prepare and review reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve issues across revenue-related accounts and data flows. • Support external and statutory audits by preparing revenue data, cash receipt samples, Uber disbursement support, and other audit requests. • Partner with FinTech, RSL, and accounting teammates to investigate system issues and support timely resolution, including manual adjustments or topside entries when needed. • Assist with complex intercompany and cross-entity revenue-related entries and close issues. • Help validate data flowing through RSL, FAH, and downstream reporting / ERP environments and identify practical process improvements. • Support recurring journal entries and close tasks currently handled across the team, with capacity to broaden ownership over time. • Contribute to documentation, control improvements, and scalable processes that reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 4–6+ years of relevant accounting experience, including revenue accounting and/or audit.
- Comprehensive understanding of US GAAP, month-end close procedures, account reconciliations, and audit support.
- Proven ability to investigate complex data and process issues while collaborating effectively across cross-functional systems and stakeholders.
- Comfort navigating large, complex data sets within highly automated accounting and ERP environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain effective and organized under demanding close timelines.
