Job Requirements

  • Have 10+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in mid-market or commercial segments, with consistent quota attainment.
  • Have a proven track record of exceeding targets, with the data to back it up.
  • Bring a consultative, strategic selling approach. You diagnose before you prescribe and focus on long-term value creation.
  • Demonstrate strong curiosity and business acumen. You can quickly absorb complex information and translate it into clear, compelling solutions.
  • Show resilience and ownership. You take accountability for results and remain steady through challenges.
  • Have a global mindset and are comfortable working across regions, cultures, and time zones.
  • Are willing to travel (approximately 20%) to strengthen client relationships.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree preferred, though demonstrated performance and impact matter most.
