Role Description CTG is seeking a ServiceNow Application Consultant to support our client’s enterprise ServiceNow initiatives. This role is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing ServiceNow applications while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient IT service management solutions. Requirements - 5+ years of ServiceNow experience. - Experience supporting enterprise ServiceNow environments. - ServiceNow certifications preferred. - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred. - Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
