• Work as part of theScore Bet CRM team to prepare, schedule and analyze promotions and lifecycle communications for theScore Bet brand. • Draft promotional copy and create Branch links for deep linking purposes. • Work hand-in-hand with both the marketing operations and commercial sportsbook teams to coordinate logistics and execution of marketing campaigns. • Increase customer engagement and retention, reducing churn, and actively moving users further down the loyalty path. • Use data and work closely with the analytics, risk and commercial marketing teams to identify key customer behaviors, assess and provide regular reporting on campaign performance, and continuously identify ways to improve the overall customer experience. • Collaborate with the theScore Bet Casino team to ensure a cohesive cross-platform user experience. • Be a proactive part of the ideation process, contributing in team meetings and strategy sessions. • Other duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years CRM experience or equivalent position.
  • In-depth knowledge of the sportsbook/igaming space
  • Interest and passion for sports a plus
  • Proven experience in delivering end-to-end CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS and in-app mobile messaging; Optimove experience a plus.
  • Strong copywriting and project management skills.
  • High level of attention to detail is a must.
  • Data-driven and curious about customer behavior.
  • Optimistic, solutions oriented and a great problem solver.

About the Role We’re seeking Master’s-level professionals who feel confident facilitating Substance Use Disorder groups, collaborating closely with therapists, and thriving in a part-time, fully remote telehealth environment. The Account Specialist, Activation plays a crucial role in empowering our very small business customer base as they onboard, adopt, and realize value from 1Password.
