Role Description CTG is seeking a skilled GIS Project Manager to lead and coordinate enterprise GIS initiatives for our client. This role requires strong experience with Esri/ArcGIS technologies, Agile project delivery, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration in complex technical environments. Utility industry and compliance-related experience, including FAC-003/FAC-008 initiatives, is highly preferred. Location: Remote Duration: 7 months Key Responsibilities: - Lead GIS project delivery from planning through execution and implementation. - Collaborate with GIS professionals, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and delivery strategies. - Manage Agile processes including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and project tracking. - Coordinate cross-functional technical teams to support GIS application and enterprise solution delivery. - Support process improvement, workflow optimization, and compliance-focused initiatives. - Identify and manage project risks, issues, timelines, and dependencies. - Provide status reporting and maintain strong stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications - Strong hands-on experience with Esri GIS and ArcGIS technologies is required. - Experience leading projects using Agile delivery methodologies. - Ability to translate business and technical requirements into actionable project plans. - Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. - Experience working within enterprise GIS and application environments. - Utility operations and regulatory compliance experience preferred, including FAC-003/FAC-008 initiatives. - Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred. - PMP, Scrum, Agile, or GIS certifications are a plus. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. • Support the Creative Operations Manager in coordinating cross-functional workstreams across Creative, Marketing, Product, Sales, and Web Development • Track and communicate project status regularly—keeping timelines, milestones, and deliverables up to date in our PM tools • Identify and flag project risks early, troubleshoot blockers, and recommend solutions before deadlines slip • Help develop and maintain lightweight, repeatable processes that make it easier for creative teams to collaborate and ship deliverables • Coordinate resourcing conversations and contribute to roadmap planning discussions • Prepare project updates, status reports, and team communications for stakeholders and leadership • Participate in standups, sprint reviews, and planning sessions—keeping things moving and decisions documented • Look for opportunities to improve how the team works and raise your hand when you spot them

• Run the full ClickUp campaign workflow per account, from planning to strategy to client approval to launch. • Confirm receipt of campaign details and assets at kickoff; identify gaps before they become launch delays • Own the internal review checkpoint — assets do not go to clients until they are cleared by you • Support during recurring client calls; update the agenda, capture decisions, schedule next steps • Manage the approval cycle: submit design direction, surface revisions, get sign-off, route final proof, confirm launch • Set and re-set client expectations when timelines slip — early, in writing, with the new plan attached • Groom the sprint to protect billable hours; account for each team member's typical unplanned load when planning capacity • Flag capacity risk before it becomes a missed deadline or a burnout signal • Surface friction patterns (scope creep, late assets, ambiguous briefs) and design the process change that fixes them • Maintain and extend templates: new client setup, conference backlogs, campaign details forms, design feedback checklists • Own ClickUp workflow integrity — stage-triggered automations, accurate status, no orphan tasks • Document the client communication model so it's transferable, not stored in your head • Run Swell huddles; contribute to the Agency Services All-Hands • Onboard new team members (employees and freelancers) • Partner with the Ads Team Lead on team-level decisions; partner with the Director of Agency Services on cross-team operations (Web, HubSpot, and Coaching teams)
