Key Responsibilities - Platform & Campaign Support - Assist with campaign execution including email sends, list uploads, and tagging in Salesforce and Zoho. - Support updates to website forms, landing pages, and content in WordPress. - Help maintain platform hygiene by monitoring data quality and tagging logic. - Automation & Journey Execution - Help set up email nurture flows and testing logic within automation tools. - Track campaign flows and ensure correct triggers and routing. - Analytics & Reporting - Pull reports and assist in compiling performance dashboards. - Support data entry and basic analysis to help optimize campaigns. Qualifications - 0–2 years of experience in marketing, tech coordination, or similar. Role Description As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager at Tide, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our UK market. Working closely with the Performance Marketing Lead, you will support the acquisition roadmap for our core Business Current Account while also spearheading marketing initiatives for our high-growth verticals, including Wealth Services and Insurance. This is a versatile, cross-functional role that offers a holistic view of the business. You will collaborate with channel specialists, analytics teams, and commercial stakeholders to ensure we hit our core KPIs. We are looking for a data-driven professional who can not only support existing plans but also identify and execute their own growth initiatives to bring scale and efficiency to our marketing efforts.
