Role Description As a Senior Technical Pre-Sales Lead, you will be at the forefront of Roboyo’s go-to-market engine — bridging the gap between client business challenges and Roboyo’s Agentic Automation capabilities. You will engage with prospective and existing enterprise clients across the full sales lifecycle, from early discovery and opportunity qualification through to solution shaping, proposal development, and commercial closure. You will act as a trusted advisor and technical authority, helping clients articulate their automation ambitions and confidently positioning Roboyo’s end-to-end service offerings — spanning RPA, Agentic AI, Intelligent Document Processing, Low Code & Pro Code application development and more. You will collaborate closely with the Sales team, delivery leads, and solution architects to design solutions & craft compelling, differentiated proposals that translate client needs into concrete business outcomes. Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in consulting, pre-sales, solution architecture, or a senior client-facing technical role within Automation, AI, or Digital Transformation. - Demonstrated experience supporting or leading enterprise pre-sales engagements, including RFP responses, solution workshops, and executive presentations. - Deep familiarity with the intelligent automation landscape: RPA, Agentic AI, IDP/Document Understanding, Process Mining and Application Development. - Strong ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business narratives for executive and non-technical audiences. - Proven track record of building trusted-advisor relationships with senior stakeholders. - Experience defining or contributing to automation business cases and ROI models that clearly articulate value realization. - Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills — comfortable owning the room in boardrooms and discovery workshops alike. - Strong commercial acumen, with an ability to balance technical solutioning with scope, risk, and margin considerations. - Hands-on experience designing and delivering Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and tailored product demonstrations in a pre-sales or solution advisory context. - Experience developing enablement content and delivering training or coaching to sales, partner, or client teams. Requirements - Practical understanding of enterprise automation platforms — particularly UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Maestro, Document Understanding, Agentic, Test Cloud) and Microsoft Power Platform. - Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts, integration patterns (APIs, REST/SOAP), and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP). - Ability to engage credibly in technical conversations with client architects, IT leads, and Roboyo delivery teams. - Experience with agentic AI frameworks, large language model (LLM) integration, or Generative AI use case definition. - Prior experience in one or more complex industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, or Life Sciences. - Experience building or scaling pre-sales practices, including asset development and methodology design. Role Description As an Automation Engineer, you will begin establishing your professional footprint within Roboyo’s consulting and automation delivery teams. In this role, you will support project workstreams, contribute to solution design, and assist in the successful delivery of intelligent automation initiatives for our clients. - Support project workstreams, contributing to the management of scope, timeline, and deliverables under senior guidance. - Analyze data and information, and assist in preparing recommendations for clients. - Collaborate with other members of the automation team to deliver solutions that address client needs. - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and proactively grow your consulting skills. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. System Architecture & DevOps - Design secure, scalable AI architecture aligned with enterprise security policies and compliance requirements. - Containerize and deploy AI services using Docker and Kubernetes; manage CI/CD pipelines for model serving and application delivery. - Implement monitoring, observability, and logging for AI systems in production environments. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management - Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. - Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams, API specs, and runbooks. - Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews; champion best practices in AI engineering across the team. Requirements - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline. - 6–10 years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, NLP, or LLM-focused development. - Hands-on experience deploying, customizing, and administering LibreChat for enterprise use; familiarity with LibreChat configuration, plugin/tool integrations, and multi-provider LLM setup is a must - Practical experience implementing vector search using pgvector on PostgreSQL; understanding of embedding models, dimensionality, and retrieval strategies for RAG use cases - Experience building O365 connectors and integrations with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint; familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and Adaptive Cards - Experience integrating Google Gemini (via Vertex AI or API), OpenAI, and other foundation models; understanding of model versioning, token management, cost optimization, and safety guardrails. - Strong command of Python; secondary proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript is preferred. - Demonstrated track record of delivering enterprise AI solutions in production environments. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
