Role Description We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented designer to support visual communication needs across the business, including: - Presentations - Proposals - RFP responses - Branded templates - Marketing assets - Other client- or internal-facing materials This role is ideal for someone who can take rough ideas, written content, operational details, and data and turn them into polished, professional, easy-to-understand materials that are visually compelling and on-brand. The designer will work closely with leadership and operations teams to: - Create high-quality business materials - Maintain consistency across branding and presentation assets - Organize reusable Canva templates and design resources Strong Canva proficiency is required, along with: - A strong eye for layout, typography, and presentation design - The ability to work quickly with attention to detail - Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred candidates will have experience with: - Web or landing page design - Hospitality, food service, startups, or B2B businesses - Familiarity with branding systems, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma A portfolio demonstrating relevant presentation, proposal, branding, or business design work is required with the application. • Serve as the subject matter expert on parcel shipping, carrier networks, rate structures, accessorial charges, and supply chain optimization. • Translate complex logistics concepts into clear business value for prospects ranging from operations managers to C-suite executives. • Stay current on carrier program changes, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to keep Sifted’s positioning sharp. • Build compelling, executive-ready dashboards and visualizations using BI tools (Sigma, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar) that turn raw shipping data into actionable insights. • Write and optimize SQL queries across modern data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) to support prospect evaluations, custom analyses, and proof-of-value engagements. • Translate customer data into KPIs, trend analyses, and savings models that quantify Sifted’s impact — not charts for the sake of charts. • Leverage advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, financial modeling) because someone will always ask for the spreadsheet. • Partner with the sales team to lead pre-sales initiatives, product demos, and technical deep-dives with prospective clients. • Sit on sales calls and client meetings as the technical authority — building credibility, handling objections, and aligning Sifted’s platform to customer pain points. • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to clients at every level, from shipping dock to boardroom. • Capture valuable customer feedback and funnel it to Product and Engineering to drive platform improvements. • Curate and deliver polished presentations that communicate Sifted’s value proposition with clarity and conviction.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of freight and parcel claims. • Work closely with operations, customer success, and data teams to resolve claims. • Identify root causes and support continuous improvement initiatives. • Participate in team meetings, project discussions, and innovation sessions focused on process automation and continuous improvement.
• The Account Executive (3PL Vertical) is responsible for closing new logo deals within the 3PL, fulfillment, and carrier segment • Growing and retaining a portfolio of logistics operator accounts • Requires a strong understanding of how 3PLs and carriers run their business — including pricing, invoicing, margin management, and transportation operations • Position Sifted as a strategic technology partner • Constant focus on the development of net new business and the growth of existing accounts • Collaborative, working across multiple departments to ensure up-to-date knowledge of products and solutions • Facilitate the creation of a positive team spirit with peers and other support functions at Sifted • Work closely with the Business Development and Logistics Intelligence teams • Involved in the implementation of new customers as they come on board.
• Develop the next generation of our software solutions • Plan, design, build, test, document, deploy, and maintain software, data structures, and information systems • Collaborate closely with product owners and stakeholders to define scope, gather requirements, and implement new software solutions and product features • Modernize our foundation for fast AI-driven features • Contribute to all aspects of software development, test automation, and deployment pipelines
