Role Description Under the direction of a Senior Consultant or Manager, the Procore Implementation Consultant will develop and implement solutions for clients that are either consultative or technical in nature that provide improvements to the client’s business processes and information technology. - Design and deliver client-specific solutions using construction accounting expertise and knowledge of construction business processes. - Collaborate with junior analysts and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. - Assist in sales pursuits and solutioning as Procore and construction accounting consultant. - Integrate Procore with Power BI for advanced reporting and analytics. - Informs project team leaders of cost, quality, and schedule risks related to the scope of their portion of the engagement. - Monitors own time and budget on projects and communicates overages and availability in advance. - Provide training and support to client teams on Procore functionalities. - Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development. - Supports the sales process by being aware of sales opportunities for add-ons and escalating information when needed to determine scope of services to aid in solving client needs. - Drive innovation through research and development of new market solutions. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - 1+ years of work experience in a professional services firm or 3+ years of experience in accounting within the construction industry. - Works toward obtaining additional appropriate certifications. - Hands-on experience with Procore or similar construction management software. - Hands-on experience with ERP software, preferably in an implementation capacity. Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in related field (preferred). - Training, support or consulting advisory experience (preferred). - Experience with compliance or professional standards associated with area of expertise (preferred). - Expertise in Procore Financials and Power BI (preferred). - Experience integrating Procore with CRM, ERP, or payroll systems (preferred). - Polished and effective communication and presentation skills (preferred).
