Role Description We’re looking for a Senior Technology Specialist to join our Enterprise Apps team and to take ownership of our endpoint ecosystem and SaaS platforms across a mixed environment (Windows, macOS, and iOS) . This is a senior, hands-on role focused on systems ownership, platform engineering, and continuous improvement , not traditional help desk support. You’ll play a key role in scaling our environment, improving reliability, and partnering closely with Security and Service Desk team. • Support the accounting team during the migration from Sage 300 to Sage Intacct • Advise on system architecture and accounting structure aligned with Sage Intacct best practices • Assist in developing and implementing a uniform Chart of Accounts across three companies • Support the merging and cleanup of general ledger accounts and vendors • Provide guidance on data migration related to GL and vendor master files • Participate in scheduled implementation meetings and provide follow-up recommendations • Ensure the system setup supports usability, efficiency, and future scalability

• Schedule and perform system installations, add-ons, and site surveys based on customer requirements and technical specifications. • Verify that all systems meet Mindray’s performance and quality standards through comprehensive testing. • Provide advanced on-site support for complex or escalated service issues beyond the capabilities of local service representatives. • Deliver after-hours phone support to assist customers, service representatives, and clinical staff with technical issues—offering timely solutions to minimize downtime. • Coordinate and perform system updates and upgrades as required. • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for all service and installation activities in accordance with Mindray’s Quality System and Administrative policies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Service Management, Technical Support, and Clinical Education—to ensure project milestones and customer needs are met.
