Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Management, or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience overseeing all aspects of a client implementation effort operationally
- 2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams of implementation performers on multiple efforts simultaneously
- 2 years of experience evaluating complex operational reports
- 2 years of experience working within an enterprise Change management process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to oversee all aspects of a client implementation effort operationally
- Experience and ability to report project status to executive level stakeholders
- Preferred Qualifications: Healthcare industry experience, PMP certification

Role Description We’re looking for a Senior Technology Specialist to join our Enterprise Apps team and to take ownership of our endpoint ecosystem and SaaS platforms across a mixed environment (Windows, macOS, and iOS) . This is a senior, hands-on role focused on systems ownership, platform engineering, and continuous improvement , not traditional help desk support. You’ll play a key role in scaling our environment, improving reliability, and partnering closely with Security and Service Desk team.
