• Support the accounting team during the migration from Sage 300 to Sage Intacct • Advise on system architecture and accounting structure aligned with Sage Intacct best practices • Assist in developing and implementing a uniform Chart of Accounts across three companies • Support the merging and cleanup of general ledger accounts and vendors • Provide guidance on data migration related to GL and vendor master files • Participate in scheduled implementation meetings and provide follow-up recommendations • Ensure the system setup supports usability, efficiency, and future scalability

Product Owner / Delivery Lead – Corporate Banking Implementation (She/He/They)Role objective Own end-to-end delivery of a Corporate Banking workstream (or product slice) across design → build → UAT → go-live → hypercare, ensuring benefits realization, stakeholder alignment, and regulatory-safe execution in a bank environment. This role blends Product Ownership (vision/backlog/value) with Delivery Leadership (plan/dependencies/governance). Scope (typical streams) Corporate digital channels, transaction banking/payments, cash management & liquidity, trade finance/guarantees, connectivity/ERP integration, corporate onboarding/entitlements. Key accountabilities / responsibilities - Lead a workstream/portfolio of change initiatives, balancing scope, schedule, budget, interdependencies, and risk; run steerco-ready reporting and decision asks. - Define product vision & roadmap, translate business outcomes into epics/features, prioritize and manage the product backlog to maximize value. - Drive delivery in Agile (Scrum/Kanban/Lean), ensuring delivery cadence, Definition of Done, release governance, and cross-team dependency management. - Own the stakeholder network (Business, IT, Ops, Risk/Compliance, 2LoD), align requirements, and maintain transparent communication. - Establish / enforce programme controls (RAID, change control, quality gates, financial tracking incl. capex capitalization where applicable). - Own go-live readiness: cutover planning, migration approach, training enablement, hypercare model, KPI definition and tracking.
