Kyriba
• Deploy into partner-led implementation projects as the Kyriba functional SME, providing targeted expert guidance on advanced configurations, complex scenarios, and specialized module requirements. • Support existing Kyriba clients through Value Added Services (VAS) engagements — implementing new modules, configuring additional functionality, and expanding client usage of the platform. • Configure and test Kyriba modules (Cash Management, Payments, Forecasting, Connectivity, FX, GL, Hedge Accounting, Risk Management) with precision and quality across multiple concurrent engagements. • Design creative, out-of-the-box solutions that address unique client and partner challenges and drive measurable business value. • Manage a high-volume workload across multiple clients simultaneously, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and new requests. • Build trusted relationships with implementation partner teams, serving as a credible and authoritative Kyriba representative who can justify the expertise and billing rates Kyriba delivers. • Lead client and partner meetings within your area of engagement, drive issues to resolution proactively, and ensure seamless communication throughout each task or workstream. • Support clients and partners through UAT (user acceptance testing), troubleshoot issues, and provide go-live support to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption. • Represent Kyriba with professionalism and deep domain credibility in front of senior partner consultants, client executives, and technical stakeholders. • Lead comprehensive client training sessions tailored to end-users, admins, and power users, ensuring rapid proficiency and adoption. • Create custom training agendas, materials, and best practice guidance that empower clients to maximize Kyriba's value. • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for complex designs, configurations, and client challenges, providing authoritative guidance to partner teams and project stakeholders. • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing, training programs, and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate team capability across the PS organization. • Manage a high-volume, reactive workload across multiple simultaneous client and partner engagements — prioritizing effectively and delivering with quality under shifting demands. • Apply Kyriba implementation best practices to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across all engagements, regardless of scope or duration. • Maintain accurate and timely timesheets; ensure transparency in task progress and utilization across concurrent assignments. • Proactively communicate availability, risks, and workload status to the Practice Lead to enable effective resource planning. • Obtain and maintain Kyriba COE certifications across functional and technical modules, including advanced certifications. • Stay current on treasury best practices, industry trends, and Kyriba product innovations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 5–7+ years of experience in corporate treasury, treasury management system (TMS) implementations, professional services, or related consulting roles.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact client engagements requiring deep functional expertise in treasury, payments, or risk.
- Experience leading or participating in full end-to-end implementations is a strong asset, providing the context needed to support partners and clients at any stage of the project lifecycle.
- Prior experience implementing or supporting TMS, FinTech, SaaS, ERP, or financial systems strongly preferred.
- Professional fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; this role supports US-based clients and implementation partners.
