About the Role: Service is looking for a highly skilled QA Engineer to join our team remotely. As a core delivery team member, you will be responsible for validating functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. You’ll leverage both a strong QA mindset and technical expertise to support our development teams in building reliable and scalable software solutions. What You'll Do: Test Planning & Execution: Decompose product requirements into comprehensive test cases, ensuring full coverage of business and technical needs. Strategic Testing: Leverage a risk-based approach to determine the optimal balance between manual and automated testing, ensuring a strong focus on user experience, performance, and system reliability. Debugging & Troubleshooting: Investigate issues by analyzing logs, debugging applications, and identifying root causes of failures.
