Spanish-Speaking Property Management Operations VA

Scale Virtually VA

• Take operational pressure off property owners by managing day-to-day execution of rental property operations • Coordinate listings, tenant interactions, rent tracking, maintenance, and lease administration • Ensure workflows are maintained without needing constant instructions • Manage multiple active properties and communication channels while maintaining detailed records • Conduct rental market analysis and prepare pricing summaries for owner review • Create and maintain accurate property listings across multiple platforms • Monitor listing performance and identify underperforming listings • Handle tenant inquiries and coordinate showing schedules • Review tenant applications and coordinate background checks • Manage move-in coordination and onboarding timelines • Oversee rent collection and payment tracking as well as maintenance requests • Facilitate lease renewals and move-out inspections • Maintain organized communication records across several platforms • Coordinate utility setups and track account statuses throughout tenant transitions

Job Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish communication skills — verbal and written
  • Prior hands-on property management operations experience
  • Experience handling tenant communication directly
  • Experience coordinating vendors, maintenance requests, and operational follow-through
  • Experience working inside multiple platforms simultaneously without losing task visibility
  • Ability to manage deadlines, follow-ups, and documentation independently
  • Strong written communication with fast response times
  • High attention to operational detail and record accuracy
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment with US-aligned hours
  • Able to operate without daily step-by-step supervision
  • Must proactively escalate issues instead of waiting for ownership to discover problems
  • Must be comfortable handling repetitive operational work consistently without quality dropping
  • Candidates without direct property management operations experience will not be considered.
