Digital Banking Implementation Specialist

CSI

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation • Introduce CSI digital banking solutions and define implementation requirements • Conduct data gathering meetings to clarify data movement and application setup • Configure applications and lead test review meetings with customer banks • Provide post-implementation support and ensure successful go live • Stay current on product updates and enhancements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
  • General banking/accounting knowledge (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, accountable, and eager to learn
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be willing to travel up to 25%

Role Description We’re looking for a Senior Technology Specialist to join our Enterprise Apps team and to take ownership of our endpoint ecosystem and SaaS platforms across a mixed environment (Windows, macOS, and iOS) . This is a senior, hands-on role focused on systems ownership, platform engineering, and continuous improvement , not traditional help desk support.
