Reverse Supply Operations (RMA) Analyst

Role Description As a Reverse Supply Operations (RMA) Analyst with EOS IT, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the reverse supply chain processes related to IT infrastructure. This position involves analysing, managing, and improving operations related to returns, repairs, and recycling of networking hardware. The Analyst will work closely with IT teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure the efficient and cost-effective management of IT infrastructure products in the reverse supply chain. What You'll Do: - Returns and RMA Processing: - Analyze returned products, categorize issues, and work with technical teams for efficient resolution. - Manage Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Troubleshoot and root cause supply chain issues by working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Coordinate swap and return activities for faulty part materials ensuring tracking through to closure. - Remanufacturing and Repair Operations: - Collaborate with IT support and engineering teams to optimize remanufacturing and repair processes for networking hardware. - Coordinate logistics activities across warehouse, technicians, vendors and service providers to support timely movement of materials. - Monitor and report on the performance of remanufacturing and repair operations. - Identify opportunities for cost savings and improvements in repair turnaround time. - Data Analysis and Reporting: - Utilize data analysis tools to assess the efficiency and key performance indicators (KPI) of RMA reverse supply chain operations. - Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to reverse supply operations. - Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support operational improvements and leadership decision making. - Process Improvement & Escalation: - Identify process gaps, evaluate root cause and recommendation to solutions to improve execution and operational efficiency. - Ensure timely escalation of operational risk, delays or unresolved issues to core team or appropriate cross functional team where required. - Collaboration and Communication: - Work closely with IT support teams, procurement, logistics, quality control teams and cross functional partners. - Collaborate with external vendors, OEMs and service providers to ensure smooth reverse supply chain operations. - Communicate effectively to ensure alignment on IT networking reverse supply chain objectives. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in information technology, supply chain management, or a related field. - Previous experience in IT networking or related technology products reverse supply chain. - Strong understanding of IT networking hardware and related technologies.
