Sales Technology – Operations Administrator

• Support client technology onboardings and setups, including email creation, phone number provisioning, CRM configuration, pipeline access, and third-party tool integration • Manage ongoing client administration throughout engagement lifecycle, ensuring systems, access, and data stay current and accurate • Coordinate third-party vendor relationships, including account setup, renewals, issue escalation, and day-to-day communication • Build and maintain Airtable back-end integrations to support internal tracking, reporting, and operational workflows • Execute list scrubs and data hygiene processes to ensure targeting accuracy and campaign readiness • Use Claude and other AI tools to support research, content formatting, data cleanup, and process efficiency • Partner with the Operations Manager on process automation initiatives, identifying manual bottlenecks and supporting implementation of scalable solutions • Support creation, documentation, and execution of SOPs across client setup, tech onboarding, and ongoing operations • Maintain and update sales enablement materials, process documentation, and internal data resources • Deliver new hire training on internal systems, client setup procedures, and operational best practices • Troubleshoot system and process issues with a solutions-first mindset, proposing improvements and driving continuous iteration • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent adoption of tools, processes, and standards • Take on evolving responsibilities as business needs shift, with the understanding that this role is built to grow and adapt
• Design and deliver new hire onboarding for BDRs, AMs, AEs, and other roles as required, building training content from net new when no existing material exists • Coach current reps through call reviews, email audits, and performance data, developing individualized plans for those who need additional support • Build and maintain a BDR skills progression framework with defined milestones, competency thresholds, and promotion criteria • Manage training content within the LMS and maintain performance tracking systems in Airtable and HubSpot • Update training and coaching materials quickly as new processes roll out, campaigns change, or business needs shift • Develop sales performance scorecards, evaluate training ROI, and bring data-backed recommendations to leadership

• Pipeline Generation: Self-source 10-25% of your opportunities through targeted outbound efforts. Leverage tools like HubSpot and ZoomInfo to identify and engage high-quality prospects. Effectively manage inbound leads and opportunities from BDR/SDR teams. • Sales Process Management: Run discovery calls to deeply understand prospects’ challenges and position our services effectively. Drive consultative, multi-threaded sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders. Use Challenger Sales and consultative approaches to deliver value at every stage of the sales process. • Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed a minimum annual revenue target of $1.8M. Maintain 75%+ quota attainment consistently. • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with revenue leaders (CROs, VPs of Sales, CMOs). Act as a trusted advisor by aligning solutions with customer needs.
