Role Description This is a full-time, fully remote role that plays an important part in the day-to-day coordination of our holiday properties. The position is varied and hands-on, blending administration, guest and owner communication, and property presentation support. No two days are quite the same. - You will work standard Australian business hours (AEST), with some flexibility required outside those hours to ensure our guests are well supported during peak times. - You will work closely with our Company Director and Operations Manager, becoming a trusted and valued part of a small, supportive remote team. - Your role will have a real impact, helping ensure every property shines and every guest experience feels effortless. Key Responsibilities - Creating and maintaining short-stay property listings across booking platforms - Responding to booking enquiries and managing guest communication before, during, and after stays - Communicating with property owners and providing ongoing support - Overseeing property calendars to ensure seamless coordination across platforms - Assisting with social media enquiries - Updating property and cleaning manuals - Providing basic financial administrative support - Supporting the improvement of systems and processes as the company grows Qualifications - Experience with booking platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com - Real estate or property management experience (preferred but not essential) - Canva skills, including document layout and design (preferred but not essential) - Clear, confident written and verbal communication - Strong attention to detail - Solutions-focused mindset with ability to take initiative - Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup - Availability to work aligned to Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) Work Arrangement & Expectations - This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement. - To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to: - Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work - Reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile (clearly marked as “Independent Contractor”)
