Field Sales, Part-Time
Shady Grove Fertility
• Conduct regular visits to OB GYN offices and other referring providers to promote our services, establish partnerships, and strengthen existing relationships • Organize and manage educational opportunities (i.e., webinars, seminars) for referring providers and potential patients • Use market and competitive intelligence as well as internal data, create and maintain territory call routing plan to achieve goals • Maintain accurate records of visits, interactions, and partnership activities • Tailor messaging and strategy based on US Fertility service differentiators, knowledge of territory, and evolving market factors • Drive annual territory competitive analysis • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategies and identify growth opportunities • Work closely with US Fertility physicians to establish individual account strategy & target accounts • Maintain up-to-date records and contact information for each provider account in Salesforce • Monitor referral volume and tailor strategy and prioritize activity based on data • Leverage industry partners and local employers as applicable to enhance referrals, expand reach, and grow brand awareness • Work with the marketing team to design and deliver territory-specific provider collateral tailored to local needs • Deliver weekly activity reports and monthly expense reports • Manage field territory budget • Be prepared to speak to referral results and trending at quarterly director/physician meetings • Maintain professional, fertility and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks
Job Requirements
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Liberal Arts & Sciences
- 2 years experience in medical/service sales preferred
- Women’s healthcare pharmaceutical sales preferred
- Must live within geography of responsibility or within reasonable driving distance
- Time and territory management skills
- Familiarity with local market and health systems
- Strong technical skills – Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Salesforce, Power BI
- Ability to leverage data to drive field priorities
- Self-motivated, independent worker
- Demonstrated success in influence and negotiation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills
