Role Description As a Learning Environment Field Consultant at Demco, your day-to-day will include: - Connect and engage: Spend a good portion of your day reaching out to K–12 schools and public libraries—introducing them to innovative learning space and furniture solutions, uncovering needs, and identifying new opportunities. - Get out in the field: Schedule and attend in-person or virtual meetings with educators, administrators, and library leaders to build relationships and showcase how our products can transform learning environments. - Hands-on collaboration: Visit customer sites to take measurements, capture photos, and partner with design teams to ensure every proposal is accurate and inspiring. - Represent and network: Set up at a regional tradeshow—engaging with attendees, demonstrating solutions, and helping grow our brand presence in the education and library markets. - End with impact: Log activity in the CRM, coordinate with internal teams on next steps for active opportunities, and celebrate wins—both big and small—on your journey toward meeting and exceeding your goals. Qualifications - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. - Prior experience with outbound prospecting or cold calling is highly preferred. - Able to participate in tradeshows, including setup and breakdown, and occasionally assist with on-site installations or sample deliveries. - Strong verbal and written communication abilities; comfortable presenting to educators, administrators, and library professionals. - Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Team player who thrives in a supportive environment and works well across departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience. - Excited to learn, grow, and navigate a fast-paced, evolving sales environment. In this role, you will set the direction and drive the execution of omni-channel marketing initiatives that connect with educators, librarians, and institutions across K–12, public libraries, and higher education. You will play a key role in ensuring our products and solutions reach the people who rely on them to create engaging, effective learning environments. What You'll Do: - Lead end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for assigned product categories, with a focus on driving eCommerce growth and revenue - Develop and manage a seasonal promotional calendar aligned to business priorities, product strategies, and key demand periods - Create and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns across eCommerce, catalogs, email, onsite merchandising, and paid media - Partner closely with product, pricing, and sales teams to align on priorities, promotions, and assortment strategies - Bring our categories to life through compelling storytelling across both digital and print channels - Collaborate with external partners to amplify campaigns while maintaining ownership of strategy and performance - Monitor and optimize campaigns using key performance metrics such as conversion rate, average order value, and revenue - Identify growth opportunities using customer insights, historical performance, and market trends - Serve as the marketing lead for your category, ensuring alignment and clarity across cross-functional teams What You Bring: - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field - At least 5 years of experience in eCommerce marketing, category marketing, or campaign management - Proven success driving revenue through multi-channel campaigns - Experience managing promotional calendars and seasonal campaignsStrong understanding of omnichannel environments, including both digital and print (catalog experience is a plus) - Ability to collaborate across teams including Product, Creative, and Performance Marketing - Experience working in product-driven or SKU-heavy environments preferred - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action - Excellent organization and project management skills with attention to detail - A customer-first mindset and a passion for using insights to drive decisions Why Demco: At Demco, you’re not just building campaigns, you’re helping schools and libraries thrive.
