• Serve as the functional liaison between Federal Agency stakeholders and Agile delivery teams supporting a cloud-hosted enterprise digital services platform • Translate mission needs, operational workflows, and stakeholder input into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog items • Collaborate with engineering, UX, data, and operations teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and aligned with technical delivery plans • Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning support, and coordination of development priorities with program leadership • Support user experience improvements by collecting stakeholder feedback, analyzing platform usage patterns, and identifying opportunities to improve digital services • Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure delivered capabilities meet functional requirements and stakeholder expectations • Coordinate with program leadership to ensure development priorities align with mission objectives and operational needs • Manage and mentor project leads and/or technical staff. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Eight (8) or more years of experience supporting federal IT programs, enterprise digital platforms, or mission applications
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in personnel management, matrixed team leadership, or project/program management involving coordination and oversight of work across geographically dispersed teams.
- Demonstrated experience gathering and translating stakeholder requirements into user stories, functional specifications, or technical requirements
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments and supporting backlog management and sprint planning activities
- Experience supporting testing and validation activities including user acceptance testing or requirements verification
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to bridge business needs and technical implementation.

Program Manager, NPI About the Role Accuris is looking for a Program Manager to own the execution of individual New Product Introduction (NPI) launches from intake through post-launch review. This role works in close partnership with the responsible product manager, who retains ownership of product direction and decisions , and coordinates with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Legal, Customer Experience, Engineering, and Sales Enablement. The NPI framework, launch lifecycle, tier classification, and cross-functional ceremony structure are already in place.
